I'm a 50 something hiker that's healing after leaving an abusive relationship in 2012, in which I also developed (c)PTSD as a result of his violence. I'm also healing after the loss of my father & the loss of my BFF. My hiking is also to advocate for victims/survivors of DV as I share flyers on various hikes for those who wish to seek help & know that you're not alone.
